shooting without focus on the pentax k100d super

the pentax k100d super (and probably the regular k100d, though i don't own one to confirm) by default don't let you release the shutter in autofocus mode when the image is not properly focused.

as far as i can tell, the only way to disable this behaviour is to change the camera to use back button focus, which is done through "Custom Setting"->"OK btn when shooting"->"3 Enable AF". this makes the camera only focus when the OK button is held, but lets you release the shutter when the image is out of focus.

i also recommend putting the camera in af-c mode if you do this ("Rec Mode"->"AF Mode"->"AF.C"), or else the behaviour is a little odd.
